    Hi there,

I just made and published this page, but I get a critical error when trying to reach it.

    https://houseofmeals.nl/halal-eten-kant-en-klare-halal-maaltijden

I hope you know why and how to fix.

    Hello,

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and switch to the parent theme temporarily.. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Thank you in advance.

    HI there,

Can you investigate the issue without pausing all the plugins? We need it for the site to work properly and are spending money on ads, so preferably I wont disable them.

You may do it for a few minutes while investigating, if you want.

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

    Kind Regards

    I created a staging environment: https://staging.houseofmeals.nl/wp-admin/

    Login credentials are the same.

On the page that returns the error, there are elements from the shop archive layout, which are not intended for this page https://monosnap.com/file/HcNyVJ39LhGdlH6LhxpivhQUwl6X0I
You need to remove these elements and everything will work.

Ah OK that sounds plausible. I copied the ‘normal’ shop page as a template and used it on this one.

How do I then create a copy/template of https://houseofmeals.nl/kant-en-klare-maaltijden/ to use on other URL’s without breaking it?

Do we need Elementor Pro for this, since those elements seem to be locked? See attached.

These elements can work on shop page archives only. You can’t create a regular page with elements of the shop page. Elementor PRO works the same way.

    Kind Regards
