Free shipping issue

    Hello,

    I’m experiencing an issue with the free shipping option on my WooCommerce product page. Even though I’ve updated the minimum order amount for the free shipping option to 200 RON and have ticked the box to hide shipping costs until an address is entered, the free shipping option is still appearing on the product page even when the cart total is less than 200 RON.

    I’ve tried clearing the cache and updating the shipping settings to ensure that the free shipping option is set up correctly, but the issue still persists. I’ve also checked for any conflicts with shipping-related plugins and custom code snippets, but I haven’t been able to find a solution yet.

    Also, for some products, even if the cart is under 200 RON, the shipping is FREE, and it shouldn’t be that way.

    Let me know if I’m doing something wrong.

    Hello,

    Can you please fill the Shipping Address (Bucuresti, București, 010517.) and you’ll see the shipping is free (Livrare gratuită) and the cart total is under 200! See attached screenshot (1).

    If I add another product that’s more expensive 180 RON and the cart is still under 200 RON … the shipping works correctly – Cargus Curier: 30,00 lei (screenshot 2)

    Is seems on some products the shipping is 0 even if the cart total is not met.

    Hello,

    To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

    It appears that the issue was caused by a misconfiguration in WooCommerce rather than the theme itself. You can go ahead and close the topic. I appreciate your assistance!
