Variation selection issue

I have set the variation selection related settings like this https://prnt.sc/jezW1CuUJ7pz
The problem is that if I select the first color variation, indeed the variation images changes to that color. But in order to show the image of the other color variation, I have to deselect the first one (but clicking on it a second time), instead of just selecting the other color variation.

Navigate to Products > Attributes > edit Attributes and enable the option Change product image on attribute click.
Enable the Additional variations images option in Theme Settings > Shop > Variable products: https://take.ms/aRzS2 and upload and appropriate images to the variations: https://take.ms/MiDHc Then the images will change by clicking on the swatches. Now you have not added the images in all the variations.

Your Home page is showing fine but I have not done anything on your site. I have just checked your shop page and edited one product.
Sometimes, outdated or cached files can cause display issues. Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache.
