kelly-2397ParticipantHello
I bought your theme yesteday and the WPBakery plugin worked for a few hours. I asked our hosting company to investigate and here is the response
GoDaddy WPPS team.
I will be working on your request for https://marketplace.sussexfilmoffice.co.uk/
I reviewed your website and replicated the issue you reported with the WP Bakery plugin.
After troubleshooting, I discovered that the problem was created by the Woodmart Core plugin, as after deactivating it, I was able to access the WP Bakery Editor.
The problem is your theme, Woodmart needs this plugin to work correctly, and since this appears to be a bug in the plugin, you will need to contact Woodmart theme support to check and fix it.
On my side, I tried to reinstall it, but the issue was not solved. Unfortunately, our support does not include fixing issues in 3rd party themes and plugins but I will place the ticket into a pending state and wait for your reply in case I can assist with theme support suggestion.Please can you help
Many thanks

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page BuilderThank you in advance.

kelly-2397ParticipantHello Support
I have deactivated the plugins – I am using Dokan and they recommended your plugin.
Also please note that adding images are not working either (they worked yesterday)
Many thanks

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please contact your server again and ask them to check again from their side this problem, how the page is currently loaded and how the page will be loaded, when in this file
wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/templates/editors /partials/backend-shortcodes-templates.tpl.php
we remove lines 21 and 22 https://monosnap.com/file/F0wjDj6rAhymb37vXJKlSSyVocQLih then the page will load. Having done a couple of tests, we can confirm that the problem is in the server configuration since we had a similar problem and the solution was to replace the hosting https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/wpbakery-page-builder-wont-work-with-woodmart-core-active/Kind Regards

kelly-2397ParticipantHello
Thank you for guidance and please see the response from the hosting company
Thank you for the message and the hint from the theme support!
I added a directive to increase some of the server parameters, and WP Bakery now works properly:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tHmJ89gHPkkyJ3GUCRkjtDX22B2_w1_X/view?usp=sharing
This is indeed connected to a number of items on the pages, as suggested in the support thread they provided. Luckily, there is a solution that does not involve changing plugin files.Many thanks

Thank you so much for all your help and responding to my emails quickly – I really appreciate it.
Here are the details to resolve the issue from the hosting company
The code below should be added to the .htaccess file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
Best Regards
