how to change another theme and not lose contents ?

    I tried to change another prebuild website theme, then my products lost, so I had to reset it , change to old ones, how can I change again without lose products I uploaded ?

    Hello,

    Navigate to Dashboard > WoodMart > Pre Built websites > there click on Remove content button, if you have added your own Products on the Site then under the Remove content area you can uncheck the Products to remove to avoid removing the Products: https://snipboard.io/lJ2BS6.jpg

    hi, when I unclicked all contents, and I clicked import, still it showed warning that I will lose all products

    Hello,

    The products will not lose which you have uploaded, Uploading the demo rewrites the whole theme settings. You can consider uploading separate pages in the Dashboard > Woodmart > Dummy content > there are two tabs. You can import the separate pages.

    In addition, there is the template library: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/wpbakery-elements-library/ you can upload ready blocks and build your template without uploading the whole demo and rewriting your settings.

    hi, i couldnt find the dummy contents, so I did import, and tried exactly what you said I still lost all my products, and I had to set back , do you think you can do the import for me ? thank you so much
