change position of extra discription in category page

I want to change the extra description position on the category page.

I want it before the product loop. Currently is after the product loop. I want to do this because I want to set the custom category title. I cant achieve this in WordPress. So I will hide the category title and want this extra description position before the product loop. So I can add a custom title in the extra description and display it before the product loop, which will be seen as the title.
