New layout loading as blank – No elements showing and redirecting to posts page

I have an issue similar to this previous post: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/predefined-layout-templates-are-not-showing/

Each time i try to create a new layout using an existing layout (i.e.single product layout), i select the layout and it does not preload anything, it just provides a blank layout. Like attached. Also when after it runs the layout preload function and finishes it redirects me to the posts list page within the backend.

As noted in previous posts I have selected “flexbox” in Elementor, with no luck.

I have deactivated all plugins and attempted and it still creates blank templates.
