How can we show the reviews on the collections/ product category page??

Tried everything, have added a sample logo here on this product – https://thesteploboards.com/product/steplo-dark-blue-pastel-blue-3-in-1-magnetic-glass-boards/
its only visible once we keep the cursor above, please guide how can we make sure that the reviews are visible on the collection pages as well.

yes the star ratings & the number of reviews outside – in the product categories page. You can find the same in the link above. that there is one review in that product but its not visible in its product category page – https://thesteploboards.com/product-category/3-in-1-magnetic-glass-boards/
its visible only once we get your cursor there (on desktop) or hard click (on mobile)

In Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Products styles -> enable the “Show empty star rating”: https://take.ms/Qv1dV, in the same path, enable the “Show reviews count” option as well – https://take.ms/HirxU

just one last thing, our footer is spread and is not setup for mobile, how can we set it in a way that its optimized for mobile? should we use the WP Page Builder or Elementor? which one is more compatible?

Both builders should work well with mobile. You can create an HTML Block and assign it as a Footer in Theme Settings -> Footer: https://take.ms/K7zDB
Thus you can make a custom footer by using the page builder.
