Issue with Importing Amazon Product Reviews via CSV – Imported 0 Reviews

We attempted to export product reviews from Amazon and import them into our own website using the photoreview basic program by uploading a CSV file. However, it shows “imported 0 reviews.” Could you help us check if there’s any plugin we’re using that might be causing this issue? We need to understand why the product-specific reviews are not being imported correctly.

WoodMart theme does not have the option to control that.
