I would like to know if there is a possibility to do 2 things on my footer:
– Make the website menu to be vertical instead of horizontal
– Make the “useful links” align to the left

Navigate to Theme Settings > Footer > Check the Footer HTML Block, edit it with Elementor, and customize it. You need to edit the menu widget and set the menu layout “Vertical”.

The useful links menu I cant edit with elementor because it’s a menu. Should i create a html block with it inside?
You can edit the menu items from Appearance > Menu. If you want to edit the menu item in the page builder try to use the extra menu list widget for this. https://prnt.sc/sysIy95V_GL0
