Promo popup not showing input box

The popup that automatically appears on desktop version for customers is missing the box where a user can put in their email

Hello,
You can add the Promo Popup easily from Theme Settings >> General >> Promo Popup >> https://ibb.co/16GfmMk and add the content in the form of HTML Block.
Please navigate to MC4WP > Form to create a new subscription form https://prnt.sc/USNEvZ1W6ttw. Then, inside the popup > add MailChimp widget and select subscription forms.
