Issue with theme – lost graphics, images, font

Hi,

I’ve noticed a major issue with a site not loading correctly (images and graphics lost, font incorrect etc) which could be linked to WPBakery + theme compatibility.

Trying to update WPBakery returns an error “Update failed: Malformed URL: “key”” is required” and confirmed with WPBakery nothing is required from their end, rather an issue with the theme.

Please advise how to fix this ASAP.
