No option to add a rental listing in the vendor frontend?

Hi, in our vendor front end there seems to be no way for a vendor to create a rental listing? They can create a simple product listing which can be bought as normal, though unlike in the woocommerce back end there is no option to make a rental listing.
It seems this would be a woodmart issue as woocommerce has the inbuilt functionality to create rental listings, would you be able to advise me on how to make it so vendors can create their own rental listings? Thanks 🙂

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
