Checkout widged enable

    So we installed a BOX NOW plug in and in checkout it is not showing the widged.
    We contacted BOX NOW about their plug in and they told us that we need to enable widgets to show in Checkout.
    Please assist, thank you in advance.

    Do you mean to enable the sidebar?

    Please clarify which widget you mean.

    Hello,

    it is BOX NOW delivery plug in. Which when you select that delivery the widget should open with map and to select the BOXNOW location on map. From the BOX NOW support they told me that it needs to be enabled a widget option in theme options.
    Added picture what I see in checkout, and adding picture from other site what opens when you select BOX NOW.
    Hope it clarifies the problem.
