Need Custom avatar on my account page (can be changed by customer)

Woodmart theme is overall very good looking theme. But i need some customisation for my website’s my account page .

Please provide me a guidance according to my requirements.

My requirements-

1. Customers avatar or gravatar should display on top of the my account page for every user ( expected Example is attached on screenshots )

2. Custom avater for every user. ( Every customer should have option on there profile to change there avater picture )

3. Need some custom design for my account page (expected Example is attached on screenshots)

If those customisation need any additional computable plugins please also mention them with implementing guidelines.

Now a day showing custom avater/gravatar on top of my account page is the most important and eye catching feature that should have in every website
