    Hello,
    I just bought the theme and I am trying to import prebuilt website and give me that message “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.” despite I already make the max_execution_time = 300

    Hello ,

    Thank you for your reply but it unaccusable because of the theme it self so now I activated the old theme you can check now.

    Hi,

    This is happened when I am trying to import ant prebuilt website from you so I will activate the default theme so you can help with that …
    NOTE: I cannot see my website when I am activating your theme in general!!

    Please deactivate the theme and send us your admin access and FTP. We will install the theme and import the dummy content for you.

    You need to increase it on your server and not in the wp-config.php file. Contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.
