Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

omaidshujaParticipantHello,
I tried deactivating the third aprty plugin, i only have two third party plugins installed, tried deactivating but nothing works.
Also when i am trying adding a new page it shows me a 404 error as the screenshot attached in the previous message. It is also happening when i am clicking “Edit with WP Bakery” on the front end.
Can you please look into it ? I am on a deadline and it is eggecting me badly.
Thanks

omaidshujaParticipantIs it fixed now ?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I troubleshoot your site and it seems that the PHP memory limit is less than the recommended size. So you have to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the memory size to 128 or 256 MB and then check back this will surely fix the issue.

omaidshujaParticipantHello XTemos,
With all due respect i am really frustrated with the way this support system works,.
I have made the changes to the PHP Memory Limit and it is now 256M. I have requested a numerous time, s, i have a strict deadline, initially it was an issue with WP Bakery Licesnsing, which took a few days to resolve now after a few days again i am crashed landed in another issue. I am not very pleased with the system this supports work. Againa, please try to understand this is wasting my time, please try to help me resolve this issue.
Nothing changes even after changing the PHP Memory Limit to 256m, here are the issues;
1. WP Bakery in the back end is not loading at all, and the WordPress Page keeps on loading
2. When i am clicking the Edit WP Bakery Page Builder from the front end it gives am an INTERNAL ERROR
3. I tried making the changes to the PHP MEmory Limit in both USER.INI file and also WP-CONFIG File nothing happenedI am extremely frustrated because it is effecting my reputation, can you please fix the issue ? Instead of going back and fourth ?
I did not like the way you said you were very sure it will work by inmcreasing the PHP Memory Limit and unfortunately i am still at the same page.
PLEASE FIX THIS, or i will loose this project because of the way your support works.

omaidshujaParticipantI have spend more than an hour with the hosting, and they were courteous enough to figure and rule out that the issue is with t eh WP Bakery Plugin, i am speechless!
Please let me know what needs to be done in this case, the WP Bakery Plugin is conflicting with the Theme !
Please login to the dashboard and try to fix this., again PLEASE i am on a timecrunch you already have the Login ID and Password.
ALSO it has nothing to do with PHP Memory Limit !

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
This issue is related to your server settings, as all existing elements load on the backend when loading the page.
Since our theme includes a large number of elements, this situation occurs. This issue will also arise with a default theme if you add more than 30 third-party elements. To resolve this issue, please add the following code to your site’s .htaccess file.
<IfModule mod_substitute.c> SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M </IfModule>
Best Regards.

omaidshujaParticipantHello XTemos,
Finally the issue has been figured out and it is working fine so far.
Just so you guys know, I love this theme, that was the only reason i did not want to switch the theme, and kept on bugging you guys to fix the issue. It is working fine, I am hoping i will not need support again.
Thanks,
