I would like to know how to set the lazy loading of the entire interface. How can I make my LCP image (the main image on the first screen) not show lazy loading, while other images still have lazy loading?

As for our lazy functionality, it can be enabled only via Theme Settings -> Performance -> Lazy loading, and it enables globally for each images on your website.

Try to use the theme preset feature of our theme and disable lazy load on slides.
