The shopping cart icon disappeared

I placed cart display in Desktop/Mobile header and Mobile footer, but I can’t see it; please help me check it, thank you

It has not been solved. There is a shopping cart icon on the right side of the wishlist icon in the desktop header, but it is gone now;
The shopping cart icon in the mobile header is gone;
And now the navigation of all pages has become 2 lines. Can you help to solve it as soon as possible? Thank you
