emanParticipantDear Support,
I want to customize the single product page. Actually I want the short description to show under the add to bag button not on top. I tried to create a custom layout for single product page and change according to my needs but I don’t the option to update it using WpBakery page builder meanwhile in the Pottery theme theme I see that WpBakery page builder can be used.
So I am wondering if I am missing a step or maybe there is missing configuration. What Should I do exactly to achieve my needs.Regards,

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In the Role Settings of the WPB builder, you need to enable editing the “Layouts”, then you will be able to edit them.
Let me know the result.
Kind Regards

emanParticipantDear Support,
Thank you for your continued support.
I have successfully created a custom layout for the single product page on my multilingual website, which supports both Arabic and English. However, I’m experiencing a display issue with the short description text. While it displays correctly in English, the Arabic text alignment appears incorrect (please refer to the attached images).
It seems the issue stems from the Short Description block, where the text alignment setting is fixed and does not adapt according to the language direction. This limitation affects the readability of the Arabic text, as it does not align properly from right to left.Could you please advise on possible solutions to make the alignment dynamic based on the language selection, or if there is an option to apply RTL/LTR alignment automatically?
Thank you very much for your assistance in resolving this issue. I look forward to your guidance.
Regards,

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if is it our theme issue or not?
Kind Regards

emanParticipantDear Support,
Thank you for your suggestion. I tested the site with some default WordPress themes, such as TwentyTwenty and WooCommerce Storefront, and found that the alignment issue does not occur with these themes. Since the current theme uses a custom layout, the specific block in question is not present when switching to other themes, so the issue only appears with this custom layout.
Could you please advise on how to resolve the alignment issue within the current theme?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please send me access to the admin panel and confirm the permission to disable 3rd party plugins and enable the default theme for testing. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.
Kind Regards

emanParticipantDear Support,
Thanks for you prompt support.
Actually I managed to fix it by adding css style in arabic version of the product in the short description box.<div dir=”rtl” style=”text-align: right !important;”>
