How to get a parallax effect with full width container background?

    Hello. I want to get parallax effect for container or full width section. I pasted Xtemos template but it still has only fixed background. I need parallax with changing background-position like on your demo site https://woodmart.xtemos.com/layout-parallax/?opt=layout_parallax

    Hello,
    I imported only a section.
    I want to use it as a hero container at the top of my page.

    I don’t need a parallax banner. I need a full width section, where the background image moves slowly on scroll. The same as it’s shown in Woodmart demo page. https://woodmart.xtemos.com/layout-parallax/?opt=layout_parallax

    I imported this section from the template library, but it has only fixed background. The background image of this section doesn’t have slowly scroll effect. Just stays fixed. But I need that scroll effect.

    Login to Dashboard > Tools > Import/Export and import the file and check the Parallax demo page in the pages section.

    I’ve done that. But now parallax still not working and I get a message “The element can’t be loaded from the server” when I try to insert any Xtemos section

    Hello,

    You can fix it by applying patch # 609066. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    This mistake “The element can’t be loaded from the server” was fixed by patch, but parallax is not working even when all plugins are deactivated.
