Exclude Specific Categories From Showing in product meta data

I have 6 categories i need to be hidden from the front end of the site completely. Right now on the individual product pages, we use the woocommerce metadata widget that shows the current product tags, categories, etc. How can I exclude specific categories from showing in the product meta details on each individual product page?

For example in the product meta data if the product is in Category 1 and Category 2, under Categoris a use sees the names Category 1 and Category 2. How can I exclude a specific one?
