Urgent Issue with Shipping Address on FULLY Site

    I’m reaching out regarding an urgent issue on the FULLY site. When a customer tries to make a purchase, the Shipping Options used to appear automatically after entering their address. However, now it prompts “Add a Shipping Address” even when a correct address is entered, preventing the checkout from proceeding.

    Could you please look into this as soon as possible? This is a time-sensitive matter, and we would appreciate a quick resolution.

    Hello,

    Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping in your dashboard.
    Select the Shipping Zones tab.

    Choose the zone where you want to offer free shipping or Add shipping zone if it’s not listed.
    Inside the shipping zone, click Add shipping method and select Free Shipping from the dropdown.
