banner sizes help

    Hello, I would like to know what sizes I can use for the banner on PC, mobile, and iPad. I uploaded an image, but it does not appear as expected.

    Hello,

    You can use the different sizes of images for desktop and mobile.

    Navigate to Slides > Edit Slide > In the bottom of the slide check the slide settings for different devices.

    Okay, but I need to know what resolution is appropriate to put in Photoshop for both PC and phone

    Hello,

    Try to upload 1920 by 640 pixels sizes of images and check the issue.
