I am trying to install my theme on a new WordPress site but it loads for too long and I get this error message at the end where I make all the recomended configurations mentioned in the docs before trying to install it.
It seems to be a problem in your host upload limit parameter. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase this parameter or upload the theme for you.
If it will not help, send us your FTP access and we will upload the theme for you.
