aziztoubou2022ParticipantI’m experiencing an issue on my WooCommerce website related to the checkout process. When a customer tries to place an order using an email address that is already registered but without logging in, the order is not completed successfully. Instead, the customer is either blocked from proceeding or encounters an error preventing them from finalizing the purchase.
Here are the key details of the issue:
Issue Description: If a customer enters an email address that is already registered in the system but does not log in to their account, the checkout process fails. There is no clear error message explaining why the order cannot be completed, which leads to confusion and frustration for the customer.
Expected Behavior: Ideally, I would like customers to be able to either:
Proceed with the order as a guest without being blocked if they use an existing email address, or
Be prompted to log in if they are using a registered email address.
Troubleshooting Steps: I have already checked the WooCommerce settings to ensure that guest checkout is enabled, and that customers are allowed to create accounts during checkout. Despite these settings, the issue persists.Please let me know if there is a known solution for this issue, or if I need to make adjustments to the settings, plugins, or theme. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated in resolving this problem, as it is affecting the user experience and the ability for customers to complete their orders.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

aziztoubou2022Participanti have changed theme it working but in woodmart not working but i have used another theme not twenty
