Unable connect to instagram API

I do all the steps as described and after giving access to both Facebook & Instagram accounts
in the final step i don’t see any selection under Select your facebook account:
only Cancel and return screenshot1.
In Facebook business applications there is the connection as it should be screenshot2.
Please advise me what to do to get the connection working.
