Free shipping bar doesn’t work properly after woocommerce changes

Hey,
I’ve been using the free shipping bar on my page and I am using this feature based on woocommerce zones.
In the past I had free shipping for germany at 70,- € and for other EU Countries it has been 150. Now I’ve changed the free shipping value for germany to 100,- € (Screenshot 1) but the free shipping bar still displays 70,- € as the target for free shipping to germany (Screenshot 3).
You’ll find the settings in the backend in Screenshot 2. Please let me know how to solve this issue. Since this feature is broken I had to disable it on the production site.
