Product specific video disappearing from product page gallery bug

Hello, I have noticed a week ago that the product specific video’s are disappearing from product page gallery. I have a video file to demonstrate this bug but the file size exceeds 2mb. I have tried turning off plugins to see if they are the issue but that is not the case. Please reach out to me at info@kartikart.com

The default variation is selected for a better user experience to be simplified and with less clicks, it needs to be selected. Is there a workaround I can do in the product variation or a free plugin I can use?
I converted all of my variable products to simple products and it rectified the issue I was facing. Thank you for narrowing down the cause of this.
