Sort By Problem

    Hi, When I use the Sort By, instead of sorting the items on the page to my sorting choice, it takes me to the first item (product). So I don’t get a page with sorted items; I get a product instead. It’s the same with changing any other way of sorting the items, Show 9/ 12/ 18/ 24 also behaves like that.
    Please help! Thanks.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Hi,
    Ok I got back to start debugging as per your advice, and before I touch anything I can see there are errors showing – pls see attached. Not very good as the visitors can see them too on top of every page!

    Urgent advice please.

    Update:
    Deactivated all plugins – both problems resolved – thanks.
    Now there are essential plugins I can’t live without, such as Yoast SEO. What should I do?
    It’s a very important plugin that shouldn’t really have a problem with your theme and I suppose many of your customers also use it.

    Update: No payment plugin works without reporting error.
    There must be something fundamentally wrong here.
    Please see my active plugins attached – only 6!

    Hello,

    Please activate Yoast SEO and one payment plugin at a time to identify which one specifically causes the issue.

    Deactivated Yoast SEO, activated Super Payment: Again error message.
    Same problem with WooCommerce Stripe Gateway.
    Could this be related to Elementor’s recent update?

    Hello,

    Switching to a default theme like TwentyTwenty temporarily will not affect your live shop’s data or functionality. Your products, settings, and content will remain intact. Once done testing, you can switch back to your current theme without any issues. Let me know if you need guidance!

    Hello,

    You have checked with the default theme and the issue still remains. It means it is not our theme issue. Please contact the plugin support in this regard. They will guide you better because these errors come from plugins.
