If you want to add additional tabs for specific product and all of these are static information, you can add Tab via Product Setting, then you can combine with 2 additional tabs in Product Setting of Single Product https://prnt.sc/exIlSVXRC9_d
If you want to display custom attributes, which are separate Product > Attributes, you can create custom table via HTML Block > select via Custom Tab in Product Settings.
