Hello team, please help me check Sidebar Filter is not working on mobile version. I tried adding it using elementor widget but it seems not working

Hello,

You are using a custom layout for archive pages, Navigate to Layouts > Edit Layout with page builder and add the off canvas columns button in the layout. You should have 2 columns and one of them should have the Column role for the off-canvas layout option. Edit the “Sidebar” column and in its settings set the Column role for “off-canvas layout” as “Off canvas”: https://take.ms/puKlD

Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
