When the container is set to A link, the added link opens in a new window

I selected (a link) in the container’s Layout–>Other Options–>HTML tags and then added the link below. I didn’t check the “Open in new window” box, but the link is actually opened in a new window. I don’t know if it is affected by the JS code, please help me to find out the problem and give me the solution.
