Add Item Contition Used/New on the product page

    Hi support team,

    On the product page, I am looking to add item condition infomation somewhere either on the top page (would be better), if not we can add to a section above the product specification (right side).

    1. Item Conditions:
    . Brand New
    . New – Never used
    . Used

    2. Seller Notes: A short description briefting of the condition of the item like on eBay.

    Please let me kmow how I can archieve this.

    Hello,

    Navigate to Products > Attributes.

    Add “Item Condition” and create terms like “Brand New,” “New – Never Used,” and “Used.”

    Assign these attributes to your products. Add the short description directly to the field while editing the product in variations.

    Hi Support Team,

    I have the attribute for the Condition add as per your advice.
    On the product page, in the warranty section currently we have 2 sections:
    . 1 Year Warranty
    . Free 30-Day returns

    We would like to add one more condition attribute ” Conditions” to the section so that we can have:
    . Condtions : Pro-owned. —– more details
    . icon + 1 Year Warranty —— more details
    . Free 30-Day returns ——- more details

    Condition (New/used) of the product should be from the attribute of the product item when we create a product.

    Hi Aizaz,

    All I require is a simple label (attribute) to show up in the product page like on eBay showing the product condition either as Used or New. I notice on the product page has SKU function. Can we have a secondary copy of SKU function, and change it to Condition label on each product page?

    Hello,

    Sorry, but there is no option available for that in Theme Settings.

    It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
