“Collect on site” option does not appear

Good evening
The Woocommerce “pick up on site” option does not appear on the checkout page after entering a correct Italian address. Even if it was entered as the first option in the woocommerce shipping settings.
I would like there to always be the pickup option and other shipping methods based on the address entered.

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
