NathamejiaParticipantOf course, the strange thing is that this happened on all the websites that I currently have with woodmart, which was the list that I sent you in the previous message….

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Can you please share the FTP or Capnel login details so I will check issue from the server. I think it is the cache issue. There is no issue from the site or Loco translate plugin.
Best Regards.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
May be there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards.

NathamejiaParticipantLook what I get in the notifications for loco traslate translations:
Notice: Translations do not match the template. Run sync to update from woodmart.pot
It is something that is happening with the translation because in terms of operation there is no problem, it is the translation, something was updated in the theme that does not match the translations that already came by default
It seems very strange to me that they are third-party plugins, since nothing new has been installed… in fact, there are sites that have not been used in a long time, such as in the case of https://sachashoes.com.co/
All e-commerces have been operating normally with the Spanish language for years and I have not had any problems with any of them until now, in which even websites that have not been used again were translated for no reason? The orangerosa.com.co website is already as it was, did you make any changes? Now it worked well, the texts came back in Spanish but it was just that one, otherwise all the sites remain the same, ….2 weeks ago I bought 2 Woodmart licenses that I am currently laying out and the same thing happened to them.
there are more than 15 sites
If you made some adjustment that could solve the problem, it may help others.
Note: When I try to synchronize the translations in loco traslate, several lines of text are deleted, I don’t know something is happening with that, is there a possibility of translating the site completely into Spanish?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have checked this site and all is working fine: https://naranjarosa.com.co/
I did not find the issue on the site. Can you please tell me on which site the translation is not working?
Best Regards.
November 19, 2024 at 5:59 pm #613522
NathamejiaParticipantThat was what I wrote to you yesterday, that naranjarosa.com.co is already working well. Did you make any changes? Because all the other websites I have with Woodmart have the same thing happen to them! They are all in English and they are sites that were in Spanish, I leave you the links internally
It is as if they had been updated and the translation does not match the words of the theme. Yesterday I sent you a screenshot of what is appearing on this website manuelvega.com that is also made with woodmart
