kontakt-4777ParticipantHello,
I have an issue with the infinite scrolling feature, when I have it enabled, it will not load more than what I have set it in the configuration. And a “load more products” button comes on the screen, when I press the button an error in the console appears:If I change the setting and use pagination instead, then there is no issue, and things work as they should. But not when it comes to infinite scrolling.
I use Elementor Pro as pagebuilder and use Elementor’s templates for the product archive page setup.
I have tried to disable all 3-party so only Woodmart and Elementor is active and it still errors.
Sidenote:
I have tried the Woodmart layout system, to see if that may be a issue, but I still get the error when trying to load more productsAttachments:

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It may be wrong with the Archive page that is created via Elementor’s templates as our elements are created for Layouts only. Please leave only the Archive page that is built via our Layouts and send me access to the admin panel so I can check what is wrong there.
Kind Regards

kontakt-4777ParticipantIt works when I use Woodmart’s product module, but if I use WooCommerce’s own module to show products, it won’t load.
If you want I can put a woocommerce module there so that you can see the issue.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It will work only with our elements, so if you want to use the Infinite scrolling, use our elements for showing products.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
Kind Regards

kontakt-4777ParticipantFair,
But when we use the Woodmart Product Module, we can’t use the “Sort by” functionality when we order the products in the module itself.
though I think that issue is being looked at in another ticket

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
What do you mean by naming the WooCommerce product module, is it a default archive page or element in Elementor?
Use the “Order by” element to show the “Sort by” functionality – https://take.ms/zUd8J

kontakt-4777ParticipantHello,
What I mean is, that when we use your product archive module (Products (grid or carousel)), and we order the products by ID (in this case) we can’t sort (prices from low to high and all that) when we try, nothing happens even though the search query changes
I’m sending some screenshots so you can see what I’m talking about.
In the screenshots, you can see we ordered the products by ID in Products (grid or carousel) module, when we then tried to use any sort of “sort-by” functionality it didn’t really sort the things, in the 2 other screenshots you can see we try to sort by prices from high to low, but it won’t sort even though I have a product there is more expensive.
I’m also sending links to the page again, with and without the search query so that you can see the issue.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In the Layouts use the “Archive products” element to make it work right – https://take.ms/ytUAV
In general, I suggest you import templates that have already been created for Layouts here – https://take.ms/95VO8- and check how they work and how they have been adjusted.
Kind Regards
