8.0 (beta) to 8.0, will it break?

    Hello,

    I am really looking forward to the 8.0 update, so that I can build my site with Gutenberg blocks.

    Is there any news on whether or not a site will break if it is built using Gutenberg blocks in the 8.0 (beta) environment and then update to 8.0 once that is available?

    While we strive for a smooth transition, we can’t guarantee complete compatibility when moving from the 8.0 beta to the final release. It’s possible that some blocks might need to be re-added or adjusted after the update.
