    I can’t find where to choose setting for the Product categories submenu, like for the attached screenshot.

    Hello,

    Enable the option “Categories in page title” from Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Page title.

    Please Edit the Shop page scroll down and try adding the image for the page title.
