Setting Limits on Free Gift Quantity for Orders

I’d like to offer free gifts to customers with certain orders, but I have a limited quantity available (e.g., 20 gifts). Is there a way to set this up so that only a specified number of eligible customers receive a free gift, and once that limit is reached, no additional orders can claim one?

You can automatically add free gifts to carts when conditions are met or give customers the ability to manually select and add their gifts to their carts.

Hi, thank you for reaching out. I know how to setup the free gifts option what I am asking is the option to set a limited amount of free gifts.
What if I only want to give away 20-30 of that specific item, I would not want more than 20 or 30 customers to be able to get that gift. So I was asking about any option to set limits.

Sorry, but there is no option available for that in Theme Settings.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
