I am using the Fusion Pay TBI plugin, the official TBI Bank plugin for integrating payment methods. The plugin displays a button for installment payments on both the single product page and the checkout page. However, the issue is that the button on the single product page is not working.
The plugin developers have indicated that the problem is on our side, but we have not set up any redirects in WordPress. Therefore, I am reaching out to you for assistance in resolving this issue.
