You need to update the theme to the latest version 8.0. If the issue persists, please send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong. Also, reupload your video or screenshots in smaller sizes or use some cloud services like Dropbox or Google Drive.

It seems to be a caching issue. CSS file is still loaded from the previous version. You need to clear all the caches you have on your website.
cache cancellata ma nulla di fatto, la visualizzazione è rimasta sempre la stessa. Questo problema l’ho riscontrato dopo aver aggiornato la patch 597644.
La visualizzazione che avevo in precedenza era così come file allegato.
