About Theme Settings Performance Placeholders

Hello,
In the Performance > Slow Loading section, many of the “Placeholders” features are enabled by default. We use WP Rocket for optimization. I am not sure about the purpose of the settings under Placeholders. Would keeping them enabled cause conflicts with WP Rocket’s optimization? Could you provide detailed information about this section? The visual is attached

The placeholders are used when you use our Lazy loading feature so that the place under the picture is the same as the picture that will be loaded there.
In general, there should not be any conflicts as it works only with our Lazy loading.
