Need Support for Blank Pages Issue on Our Website

    Hello,

    We are encountering a problem on our website. Two pages appear completely blank, with no content displayed. The rest of the site is functioning correctly.

    We tried activating a different theme, and when we do so, the pages display correctly. We also tried deactivating all plugins, but this did not resolve the issue.

    Any support or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    if we try to edit the two pages with WP Bakery it doesn’t work (for the other pages which work no problem), however we have the updated version but the problem does not seem to come from their side because as I have explained above is when if we activate another theme we realize that the page reappears correctly

    the problem comes when the child theme is activated!!!! can you check? however the child theme has been activated for a long time

    If the issue occurs only when the child theme is activated, it is likely caused by custom code in the child theme. To resolve this:

    1. Review any recent changes or customizations made to the child theme.
    2. Test by temporarily removing or commenting out the custom code to identify the cause.
    3. If necessary, fix the problematic code or remove it entirely.

    Note that fixing issues caused by the customizations you did in the child theme are not covered by our support service.
