    Hello.

    I would like to know how I can transfer my client’s purchase code for theme(Woodmart) support so that he can create an account at https://xtemos.com/forums/ in order to create tickets under his email address.

    Hello,

    You can deactivate your current license in your account https://xtemos.com/my-account/ and send that license key to your client, so he can register an account based on this license key with his own email.

    Hello Luke.

    I disabled it, but the customer can’t register.
    After disabling, I see the following.
