Request to Remove “/Register” from Login/Register Text in Header

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to make a small adjustment to the header of my website. Currently, the text reads “Login / Register,” but I would prefer it to display only “Login” and remove the “/ Register” part.
Could you please guide me on how to achieve this? If any custom code or settings adjustments are required, I would appreciate detailed instructions.
