I’m having a problem importing the prebuilt website from woodmart. Can someone help me when I tried to import a specific design it stops at 15% and got this message: “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.” When I tried to contact the hosting provider they said this: “I have checked with my team and they confirmed you need to check with the plugin support team as you updated the setting. You will have to review the logs.

    Hello,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Thank you in advance.

We troubleshot the issue on your website but couldn’t find the root of the problem. But we see that your hosting server is unstable and loads some pages slowly from time to time. It might be that the import can’t be completed because of this. Try to use a different hosting provider for tests.

My hosting provider imported the design and its now working – but there’s a problem with the menu. It looks messy.
