Do you want to show the subcategories under the menu (Parent Category) that you have added in the menu? Or do you want to show the sub categories on the category page when you will open the parent category page?
If you want to show the sub-categories in the menu then please share the WP admin login details of your site in the private content area so I will check and give you the possible solution.
