Removing Blog’s under header, title and featured image

Where do we control the display of the green under header on blog post or blog list ? I would like to modify it or maybe just remove it.

Also, on blog post, even when I ask to hide the title in Elementor’s page setup, it still shows at the top with the feature image in full size. I also can’t find where I can change that.
