Support Needed for Product Tabs and Image Display Issues

    Hello,

    I need support regarding the management of the homepage elements on our website, https://sweethomestoreonline.com/ (as well as the other 7+ sites we manage with you).

    We are experiencing an issue with the product section using tabs: the product previews do not display correctly. I’ve attached a screenshot as an example. The images in the previews appear incomplete (without a placeholder), but when opening the individual product page, they load and display correctly.

    Additionally, for all our other sites, we would like to know the best settings for these sections to ensure high-quality image display, even when images are uploaded with varying resolutions.

    I’ve attached a second screenshot that shows a missing image in the shop section of the site. This issue occurs specifically in the product preview, while the image displays correctly on the individual product page.

    Hello,

    It seems that some 3rd party plugins affect that issue.

    Please disable all plugins except these ones:

    Elementor or WPBackary
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce
    Enable the Parent theme

    Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    We have conducted a thorough review of the installed plugins on your site and identified that the “Smush” plugin, used for image compression, has not been tested with the current WordPress version 6.7. This incompatibility has caused issues with displaying product image previews.

    To resolve this issue, we recommend updating the plugin to the latest compatible version or considering an alternative that is verified to work with the current WordPress version.
